Alicia Silverstone was born on October 4, 1976, in Hillsborough, California to Monty Silverstone and Deidre Radford. Her half siblings are of her father's previous marriage. Her family comes from a middle class background and was brought up in San Francisco. When she was six years old Silverstone began modeling. She was featured in Domino's Pizza's debut TV commercial. Silverstone was a graduate of the San Mateo High school, Crocker Middle school and Crocker Middle.
