Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. Her most well-known role is as anchorwoman of CNN's morning show At This Hour. She also co-anchored the CNN weekday morning program New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is also part of CNN's prestigious presidential election coverage in 2012. She also spent time at Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. During her membership for the Capitol Hill Unit Bolduan reported on the legislative cycle and events in the Congress, such as negotiations to increase the limit on federal debt and super committee discussion. As an assignment reporter for general assignments she covered news including that of the Christmas Day bombing in 2009 and the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. The journalist joined CNN the year 2007 to become a national correspondent with CNN Newsource. As the CNN Newsource correspondent, she was a reporter for breaking news and produced feature reports to over 800 CNN Newsource members. In the past, she has worked at NBC News MSNBC as well as WTVD-TV. Her family lives and her family in New York City.
